Blair + + + + + + + + + + + + + + It was just a kiss; it was a simple pressure on the lips, that special bit of moisture caressing their lips like a gentle rain. Scully closed her eyes, remembering the moments they shared: how she felt the pressure of Mulder's hands holding hers as they shook hands; and how they went over their life together in a hotel room by candlelight. A moment of clarity was reached when they were gazing into their eyes in the woods. Both of them knew that this kiss… this moment in time would change their life forever. His mouth was agape as he stood there, feeling the chill in his bones. That was when he knew she was his… just as she knew that he was the one for her. “There was a light,” Scully said, awestruck. “I’ve never seen anything like that before.” Her eyes looked searchingly at him. She hadn’t believed the things she had seen throughout the entire case. She saw his mouth open, and there was no sound coming out from him. She saw him staring at her, knowing that that this could be a start to something new and exciting. Scully felt him wrapping his arms around her, feeling his warm body move towards her. He was the key to her heart, she knew, as she felt the warmth of his lips uniting with hers for a kiss. This was what she wanted when she came into his room, wearing only a robe over her cotton underwear. She knew he was surprised to find there at his door, looking scared that she might be the next one to die. When he ushered her into the small hotel room, she knew he noticed that she was wearing nothing but her robe and her underwear. When he told her that it was just ordinary mosquito bites, she felt so relieved that she embraced him. They decided to take the opportunity to get to know each other. Through seeing the twilight of his features, she knew she would get a chance to know his life story up to that point. Scully was destined to meet Mulder. She remembered what Melissa had said to her about destiny when she first joined the FBI. Her sister had told her that was destined to meet someone that would change her life. From the moment she first saw him, Scully knew she had fallen in love with him. She was attracted to him and it was hard to fight this attraction for this man before her. She hoped that there was a time for them to continue that intense kiss. * * * “Hey, Scully, what are you doing here?” “I wanted to have that talk,” Scully said, standing in the doorway. She saw his eyes twinkling in the darkness, like the moon brightening the nighttime sky. She took in the sight of his sparsely decorated apartment. He had a couch covered with an Indian blanket and a fish tank located on the bookcase. Two candles on his desk gave the room an eerie quality. “You called me last night and I wanted…” Her voice trailed off as she tried to formulate what she was going to say. “Can I come in?” Mulder nodded. “I don’t see why not.” His hand rested at the small of her back as he led her to the couch. He watched her sit down. “Oregon authorities told me that they lost the paperwork from the case.” Her eyes widened at the news. “Does this happen all the time, Mulder?” He sighed. “There were some times when that happened, but I guess it all depends on the nature of the case.” He enjoyed being with her. It has been a long time since Diana, but he had a feeling Dana Scully would be in his life forever. He enjoyed having to debate her. The way she handled him, made him think his theories really excited him. He appreciated her intelligence and beauty. “I’m sorry if I…took advantage of you….in Oregon. When we kissed…” “Mulder, you didn’t take advantage of me. I was a more than willing participant when I kissed you,” Scully said reassuringly. She put her arm around his back and then she gently massaged his shoulders. She hadn’t wanted him to feel guilty about the kiss; it had just happened. “You wanted the kiss?” Scully nodded. “Of course, I did.” She paused when she realized that Mulder probably was still feeling guilty. “Mulder, don’t you know?” Mulder’s face was blank. “Know what?” “I'm in love with you. I know this is crazy, Mulder, but I’ve never met anyone like you before,” Scully said, looking into his eyes. Mulder wrapped his arms around her and then he gazed into the depth of her eyes. To him, her eyes were as blue like the sky in the afternoon sun. “Scully, it has been awhile since I’ve been with anyone. When you came into my life, I thought you would spy on me. I know I can trust you and I know I’m already in love with you.” “Mulder, I think I need to go.” “Can you stay for awhile? I don’t want you to go.” Scully nodded. “I didn’t want to keep you from doing anything, Mulder.” Mulder pulled her closer to him. “You’re not.” “I’m not?” “I want you, Scully.” With that, his lips pressed against hers with a passion he had never felt before. He realized he was never in love with Phoebe and certainly not in love with Diana. With Scully, he knew this was love, which would last forever. . “I’m going to say it again – I have completely fallen in love with you, Scully. I know this sounds crazy, considering we basically just met a few days ago, but you complete me.” Mulder pulled her down to the couch, still kissing her. He looked in the deep pools of blue in her eyes, thinking how lucky he was to meet the woman of his dreams. He thought of her as the red headed angel, to bring him back to find his way back to the sunrise of his soul. He meant what he said to her – that she completed his heart. It was more than that – he felt that the two of them meant to be together as partners in every step of the way. He believed strongly that this woman in front of him was the missing half of his heart and soul, the missing link that he always tried to find. He knew that she provided the tranquility of the ocean, while he provided the rough waves. * * * Her eyes kept a steady gaze at him, with a longing that was as hot as the candles burning in the twilight, and she knew that her heart was smoldering like alog in the fireplace. She looked at him with fire in her heart. She wanted him with desire as a hot summer’s day. Love she sought as a waterfall tumbling down the mountain. She knew, deep within herself, that her love for him was like a burning inferno. She didn't know what took over her that evening. It was that rebellious -- the sense of impulsiveness -- attitude of hers that got her into an affair with men older than she was. They were dangerous to her with a capital D. D, which also stands for Dana. Her strict Catholic upbringing made her want to distance herself from the church. People always assumed, back in medical school and again when she was training to become an agent for the FBI, that she was simply an emotionless woman. They didn’t know the truth. She was a professional woman. She kept a calming attitude within herself like a still pond, but her feelings still flowed underneath. She wanted Mulder, pure and simple. She loved him from the moment she saw him. That smile of his, his intelligence as they solved it – together. He was everything to her. He made her feel, for the first time in a long time. He opened his heart to her, pouring his life story to her, giving her an opening. And she knew that her heart was complete. The kisses poured on her like rain -- a gentle rain touching the soil. She was gazing at him, making love with her blue eyes with a smile on her face. They undressed each other by the couch, while they tried to control their passion with little desire for restraint. He entered her, pushing his cock through her tight vagina, like a burning building exploding inside her. She felt euphoric, letting him taste her as she tasted him. She knew this changes everything now. She closed her eyes, letting her to savor this moment, as they laid together...nestled in each others' arms. ~~ The End ~~
